  3. Sitting in Ron and Frank's....and going through the blog. Ron said the name of the sweet shop was 'Mabbs'. Does anyone remember why it was called this?

That wasnt MABBS Sweet shop/Mabbs was at the top of Parkfield Avenue in Aintree where Aunty Ida lived before Mavis died.The shop shown was Aunty Idas own shop off in Wilburn Street County Road Walton near Goodison Park.Mabbs sweet shop is still there to this day near Aintree Racecourse Station.
