Posting this on here as well as the Facebook group.
Kate Thorley was talking  to her cousins  recently about Elizabeth -John Henry Cruise Dowling's sister (Martha's Aunt) and how she was married to Benjamin Edward Bailey, who she thought was once Mayor of Bootle.We "googled" this but couldn't find much but after some more "googling,"  this came up.
